- Generate and amend project budgets from the initial bid through 
  to procurement with full transparency to the clients
- Oversee all product purchasing from ordering to installation
- Nurture ongoing relationships with vendors and work to minimize   
  issues before they arise
- Successfully build and maintain long-term business relationships
  with clients. Keep them informed throughout every phase of their
  project and respond to client concerns in a calm, concise, and
  timely manner

- Draft detailed drawings of custom-made furniture and work closely
  with workrooms to ensure all standards and expectations are met

  products, generating tear sheets with all pertinent information,

   elevations and  and mock-ups

  and installations
